Contact Consulting will not, either in the course of commissioned work, or subsequently, disclose without the permission of the client any confidential information gained in the course of that work.

Data Protection

Nigel Appleton is registered under the terms of the Data Protection Act 1998 as Data Controller for all data held by Contact Consulting.

Insurance

Contact Consulting carries insurance cover for Employers’ and Public Liability and Professional Indemnity.

Copyright of outputs

The copyright on all materials produced by Contact Consulting in connection with commissioned studies is automatically deemed to be assigned to the client once the final invoice has been settled. The client will not unreasonably withhold permission for the use of the material by Contact Consulting, subject to any restrictions of confidentiality.
